Parties Involved:

Venue Provider: The Event Space Co. Address: 789 Celebration Road, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Client: ABC Events LLC Address: 456 Corporate Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90002

Venue Description:

The venue includes the indoor event hall located at 789 Celebration Road, Los Angeles, CA 90001, with access to common areas, amenities, and facilities specified herein.

Event Date and Time:

The event shall occur on ____________________, from ________ to ________, with setup and cleanup times as agreed.

Payment and Fees:

The client agrees to pay a total fee of $5,000, payable in full before the event date or as per the scheduled payment plan outlined in this agreement.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit of $1,000 is required upon signing this contract. The deposit will be held against damages or liabilities and refunded within the period prescribed by law after the event, subject to deductions for damages if applicable.

Obligations of the Parties:
