Parties Involved:

Member 1: Alice Johnson

Member 2: Bob Lee

Business Purpose:

The purpose of this limited liability company (LLC) is to engage in the development and sale of real estate properties within Washington State and any other lawful business activities as agreed upon by the Members.

Management and Voting:

The LLC shall be managed by its Members. Each Member shall have voting rights proportionate to their percentage interest in the LLC. Decision-making shall require the approval of Members holding a majority of the membership interests.

Capital Contributions:

The Members shall contribute the following capital: Alice Johnson: $50,000; Bob Lee: $50,000. Additional contributions shall be made as agreed upon by the Members.
