Scope of Exclusive Rights:

The Grantor hereby grants to the Grantee exclusive rights to produce, distribute, and exploit the work titled “Innovative Content Series,” including all derivatives and adaptations, within the territory of North America, for a period commencing on __________________ and ending on __________________.

Compensation:

In consideration of the rights granted herein, the Grantee shall pay the Grantor a licensing fee of $________________, payable upon signing this agreement, along with a royalty of ____% of gross revenue generated from the exploitation of the work.

Obligations of Parties:

The Grantor warrants that it is the sole owner of the rights granted and that the work does not infringe upon any third-party rights. The Grantee agrees to promote and exploit the work diligently during the term of this agreement.
