Description of Authority:

This general power of attorney grants the Agent authority to act on behalf of the Principal in legal, financial, and property matters as specified herein, effective from the date signed until revoked in writing.

Scope of Authority:

The Agent may perform all acts necessary to manage the Principal’s financial affairs, including but not limited to banking transactions, asset management, signing checks, and handling tax matters.

Conditions and Limitations:
