Parties Involved:

Securing Party: ABC Security Services Inc.
Address: 789 Secure Lane, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Obligee: XYZ Corporation
Address: 456 Business Road, Los Angeles, CA 90002

Subject of the Security:

The security interest pertains to the equipment and assets specified in Schedule A, located at XYZ Corporation’s premises, to secure the obligations of the Obligee under the Service Agreement dated __________________.

Security Terms:

The Securing Party hereby agrees to provide security over the assets described herein to secure the performance of the Obligee’s obligations. The security shall remain in effect until all obligations under the Service Agreement are fully discharged.

Obligations of the Parties:

The Securing Party shall ensure the assets are maintained and not subjected to claims by third parties. The Obligee shall have the right to enforce the security interest in accordance with this agreement and applicable law.
