Hosting Service Contract Sample

Description of Services:

The service provider agrees to host the client’s website and related data on its servers, ensuring connectivity, uptime, and maintenance support as specified in this agreement.

Terms of Service:

The hosting services shall commence on __________________ and remain in effect until __________________. The client shall pay a monthly fee of $500, payable via bank transfer or other approved methods, due on the first day of each month.

Payment & Security Deposit:
