Scope of Work:

The Sales Representative agrees to promote and sell the products of ABC Marketing LLC within the designated territory. The representative shall follow the company’s guidelines and policies to maximize sales and maintain professional standards.

Compensation:

The Sales Representative shall receive commissions based on sales generated, as outlined in Schedule A. Payments shall be made on a monthly basis, within 10 days after the end of each calendar month.

Term and Termination:
