Description of Products:

The products subject to this agreement include electronic gadgets specified in Schedule A, supplied by ABC Manufacturing Inc. to XYZ Distribution LLC for resale within designated territories.

Distribution Terms and Territory:

The Distributor shall market and sell the products in the territory of California. The term of this agreement shall commence on ______________ and continue for a period of ______________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

Pricing and Payment Terms:

The Distributor agrees to purchase products at the prices outlined in Schedule B. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt via wire transfer or other mutually agreed method.
