Purpose of the Agreement:

This endorsement agreement sets forth the terms under which the Endorser agrees to endorse the products/services of the Principal, including any promotional activities, branding rights, and related obligations.

Terms and Conditions:

The endorsement shall commence on __________________ and shall continue until __________________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement. The Endorser shall promote the Principal’s offerings as specified herein and adhere to the branding guidelines provided.

Compensation:
