Formation and Purpose:
This Agreement is made to establish the operations of the LLC known as “[Your LLC Name]” formed under the laws of the State of New Jersey. The purpose of the LLC is to engage in lawful business activities including, but not limited to, real estate investment, consulting, and other permitted activities.
Management Structure:
The LLC shall be managed by its Members collectively. Decisions shall require the approval of Members holding a majority interest unless otherwise specified herein.
Capital Contributions:
