Description of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to deliver software development services, including project management, coding, testing, and deployment, as specified in the scope attached hereto.

Contract Duration & Compensation:

The contract shall commence on __________________ and remain in effect until __________________. The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a total fee of $50,000, payable in installments as detailed in Schedule A.

Confidentiality & Responsibilities:

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. The Service Provider shall perform the services diligently and in accordance with industry standards. The Client shall provide necessary access and resources for successful completion.

Governing Law:
