Purpose of the Agreement:

This contract sets forth the terms and conditions under which XYZ Technologies Inc. will provide IT consulting services to ABC Consulting LLC, including project scope, deliverables, and payment terms.

Scope of Services:

XYZ Technologies shall provide the services detailed in Schedule A, including system analysis, software development, deployment, and ongoing support as agreed upon by both parties.

Term and Compensation:
