Formation:

This Limited Liability Company (“Company”) was formed pursuant to the Colorado Revised Limited Liability Company Act (“Act”) on ____________________, by filing the Articles of Organization with the Colorado Secretary of State.

Purpose:

The purpose of the Company is to engage in any lawful business activity permitted under Colorado law.

Management:
