Purpose of the LLC:

The purpose of this limited liability company is to engage in any lawful business activities permitted under Wyoming law, including but not limited to consulting, software development, and investment activities.

Management Structure:

The LLC shall be member-managed, with each member participating in the management and decision-making processes. Major decisions shall require the approval of both members unless otherwise stipulated in this agreement.

Capital Contributions:
