Purpose of the Partnership:

The partners agree to collaborate on the development, marketing, and sale of innovative technology products, sharing profits and responsibilities as detailed herein.

Capital Contributions:

Partner A agrees to contribute $50,000 as initial capital, and Partner B agrees to contribute equipment valued at $30,000, as specified in Appendix A.

Profit and Loss Sharing:
