Vehicle Sales Agreement Example (NZ)

Parties Involved:

Seller: James Wilson
Address: 789 Queen Street, Auckland, NZ

Buyer: Sarah Johnson
Address: 456 Wellington Road, Wellington, NZ

Description of the Vehicle:

The vehicle being sold is a 2018 Toyota Camry with Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): JT123456789012345, currently located at the Seller’s address. The vehicle is sold in ‘as is’ condition, subject to any disclosures made herein.

Sale Price and Payment:

The total purchase price is NZD $15,000. The Buyer agrees to pay this amount in full upon signing this agreement, by bank transfer, cash, or other mutually agreed methods.

Delivery and Transfer of Ownership:

Ownership of the vehicle shall transfer to the Buyer upon receipt of the full payment and completion of all necessary paperwork, including the transfer of the vehicle’s registration and title.
