Race Car Sponsorship Agreement Example

Parties Involved:

Sponsor: Velocity Motors Inc.

Racer: Alex Racer

Sponsorship Details:

The Sponsor agrees to provide financial support and promotional assistance to the Racer for the upcoming racing season, in exchange for branding rights on the racing vehicle, team apparel, and promotional materials.

Term and Compensation:

This agreement shall be effective from __________________ to __________________. The Sponsor agrees to pay a sponsorship fee of $50,000, payable in installments as specified below.

Responsibilities of the Parties:

The Racer commits to prominently display the Sponsor’s logo on the vehicle, team uniforms, and official promotional materials. The Sponsor will provide the agreed monetary support and promotional items as specified.

Governing Law:
