Description of Shipment:
The shipment consists of electronics equipment consigned from Alpha Logistics Inc. to Beta Transport LLC, including detailed item descriptions, weight, and volume specifications as provided in Schedule A.
Terms of Transport:
The carrier agrees to transport the goods from the origin to the destination on the scheduled date(s). The carrier shall handle the shipment with due care and comply with all applicable transportation laws and regulations.
Payment Terms:
The shipper shall pay the agreed freight fee of $5,000 upon signing this contract or as otherwise specified in the payment schedule. Payment may be made via wire transfer, check, or other mutually agreed method.
