Description of the Work:

The musical composition titled “[Song Title]” authored by the Songwriter, including all lyrics, melodies, and arrangements, to be published and promoted by the Publisher.

Grant of Rights:

The Songwriter grants the Publisher exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and license the Song worldwide for the duration of this agreement.

Compensation:

In consideration for the rights granted, the Songwriter shall receive fifty percent (50%) of net proceeds generated from the exploitation of the Song, payable quarterly.
