Franchise Description:

This agreement grants the Franchisee the right to operate a Fast Food Outlet branded as “Innovative Eats” at the specified location, utilizing the franchisor’s trademarks, systems, and support services.

Term and Financial Arrangements:

The initial term shall commence on __________________ and continue for __ years, with renewal options as specified herein. The Franchisee shall pay an initial franchise fee of $50,000 and ongoing royalty fees of 6% of gross sales payable monthly.
