Membership Description:

The Member agrees to participate in the activities and benefits provided by the Green Community Center, located at the address above, under the terms specified in this agreement.

Membership Term and Fees:

This membership shall commence on __________________ and expire on __________________. The Member agrees to pay a membership fee of $50 per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month via check, electronic transfer, or other agreed-upon method.

Obligations of the Parties:
