Parties Involved:

Purpose of the LLC:

The purpose of this Limited Liability Company is to engage in any lawful business activity, trade, or service as determined by the Members.

Management Structure:

This LLC shall be managed by its Members. Decisions shall require the approval of a majority of Members unless otherwise specified in this agreement.

Capital Contributions:

The Members agree to contribute the following capital: Alice Johnson: $50,000; Bob Williams: $50,000. Additional contributions shall be made as agreed upon by all Members.

Profits and Losses:
