Description of the NFT:

The digital asset referred to as “CryptoArt #001,” represented by the unique non-fungible token (NFT) on the Ethereum blockchain, including associated metadata and rights transfer as specified herein.

Sale Terms and Payment:

The Creator agrees to transfer ownership of the NFT to the Buyer upon receipt of payment of ____________________ (amount), payable via [payment method], within ____________________ days of signing this agreement. The transfer shall be executed through the applicable blockchain transaction.

Rights and Responsibilities:
