Finder’s Fee Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Purpose:

This agreement outlines the terms under which the Finder will identify and introduce potential business opportunities or clients to the Client, in exchange for a fee contingent upon successful transaction or engagement.

Finder’s Responsibilities:

The Finder shall use reasonable efforts to identify prospects and introduce them to the Client. The Finder shall not bind the Client or obligate it to any agreement or transaction.

Finders’ Fee and Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the Finder a fee of 5% of the total value of the transaction or deal closed as a result of the Finder’s introduction. Payment shall be made within 10 days of the closing of the transaction.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information exchanged during the term of this agreement, except as required by law or with prior written consent.

Term and Termination:
