Purpose of Agreement:

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the terms under which the Ambassador will promote and represent the Company’s products/services across specified channels and platforms.

Responsibilities of the Ambassador:

The Ambassador agrees to create and share content related to the Company’s offerings, participate in promotional events, and uphold the brand image as per the guidelines provided by the Company.

Compensation:

In consideration for services rendered, the Company agrees to pay the Ambassador an amount of $2,000 per month, payable within the first five days of each month, via electronic transfer or alternative agreed payment method.

Term and Termination:
