Company Name and Purpose:

This Operating Agreement pertains to ABC Enterprises, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company formed for the purpose of providing consulting services and managing real estate investments.

Capital Contributions:

The Members shall contribute the following capital: Alex Johnson: $50,000; Robin Lee: $30,000. Contributions shall be made in cash or property as agreed upon by the Members.
