Lead Generation Contract Sample

Parties Involved:

Client: Acme Corporation
Address: 789 Business Park, Suite 300, Metropolis, NY 10001

Lead Generator: Jane Smith
Address: 456 Market Street, Suite 200, Metropolis, NY 10002

Scope of Services:

The Lead Generator shall provide qualified sales leads to the Client related to the Client’s products and services. The leads shall meet the criteria specified herein and be delivered via agreed-upon channels.

Compensation and Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the Lead Generator a fee of $X per qualified lead delivered. Payments shall be made within Y days of receipt of an invoice. Details of invoicing procedures are outlined herein.

Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall commence on __________________ and continue until __________________ unless terminated earlier as provided herein. Either party may terminate this Agreement with Z days’ prior written notice.

Confidentiality:
