Insertion Order Template Sample

Description of Services:

The service provider agrees to deliver digital marketing services including social media management, content creation, and ad campaigns as detailed in the scope of work attached hereto, starting from ____________ and concluding on ____________.

Payment Terms:

The client shall pay the service provider a total fee of $10,000, payable in installments of $2,500 due upon signing, and subsequent payments due on the 15th of each month, via electronic transfer or check.

Terms and Conditions:
