Purpose of the Agreement:

This Agreement aims to prevent the Employee from soliciting or doing business with the Company’s clients or employees for a specified period following the termination of employment.

Non-Solicitation Obligations:

The Employee agrees that during the term of employment and for a period of 12 months thereafter, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly solicit, induce, or encourage any client or employee of the Company to terminate or alter their relationship with the Company.
