Purpose:

This agreement aims to prevent the Receiving Party from making disparaging or negative statements about the Disclosing Party that could harm its reputation or business interests.

Obligations of the Parties:

The Receiving Party agrees not to make any disparaging, defamatory, or negative comments, whether orally or in writing, about the Disclosing Party, its affiliates, employees, or products, during and after the term of this agreement.
