Music Licensing Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Licensor: Alpha Music Publishing Address: 789 Melody Lane, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Description of the Licensed Work:

The licensed work consists of the musical composition titled “Sunrise Melody,” authored by the Licensor, including all rights to reproduction, distribution, public performance, and digital streaming.

Grant of License & Duration:

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the work for a period commencing on __________________ and ending on __________________. The Licensee may use the work for commercial distribution, broadcasts, and online streaming in accordance with this agreement.

Payment & Royalties:
