Toll Manufacturing Agreement Sample

Parties Involved:

Client: XYZ Food Products LLC Address: 456 Commerce Street, Springfield, IL 62701

Purpose of Agreement:

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Manufacturer agrees to produce goods on behalf of the Client according to specified specifications and instructions.

Scope of Work:

The Manufacturer shall produce, package, and deliver the products as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto, adhering to the quality standards and specifications provided by the Client.

Term and Compensation:
