Description of Vehicle:

The vehicle subject to this agreement is a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia, VIN: 1XKYD49X9J1234567, registered under the state of Illinois, and shall be used solely for authorized transportation services under this agreement.

Lease Term and Payments:

The lease duration starts on ___________________ and terminates on ___________________. The operator agrees to pay the owner a weekly lease fee of $750, payable every Friday via electronic transfer or check.
