Purpose of the LLC:

The purpose of this Limited Liability Company (“LLC”) is to engage in any lawful business activity within the state of Illinois.

Management Structure:

This LLC shall be managed by its members. Each member has equal rights in the management and conduct of the LLC’s business.

Capital Contributions:

The members shall contribute capital as follows:

Profits, Losses, and Distributions:
