License Description:

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software titled “Alpha Platform” solely for commercial purposes within the permitted scope outlined below, adhering to the terms set forth in this agreement.

License Term:

This license shall commence on ____________________ and shall remain in effect until ____________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

License Fee:
