Description of the Software:

The software product titled “SuperApp” includes all related documentation, updates, and any associated modules provided by the Licensor to the Licensee for the purpose of use under this agreement.

License Grant and Usage:

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software starting from ________________ for a period of ________________, subject to the terms herein. The Licensee may install and use the Software on up to ____ devices.

License Fees:
