Purpose of Agreement:

This agreement establishes the terms under which the Affiliate promotes the Company’s products and earns commissions based on the agreed-upon marketing efforts.

Affiliate Responsibilities:

The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products in a professional manner, adhere to brand guidelines, and refrain from misleading advertising. The Affiliate shall not make any false claims about the products or violate applicable laws.

Compensation:

The Affiliate will earn a commission of 10% on all sales generated through their unique referral links. Payments will be made monthly, within 10 days following the end of each calendar month.

Termination:
