Purpose of the Agreement:

The Disclosing Party agrees to share confidential information with the Receiving Party for the purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship and collaboration.

Definition of Confidential Information:

Confidential Information includes all written, electronic, or oral information marked or identified as confidential, including but not limited to business plans, customer data, financial information, and proprietary techniques.
