Declaration:

I, Robert Johnson, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all prior wills and codicils made by me.

Bequests:

I give, devise, and bequeath the following property and assets:

• To my spouse, Mary Williams, my residence located at 789 Maple Street, Saint Louis, MO.
• To my children, Emma Johnson and David Johnson, the sum of $10,000 each.
• All remaining assets shall be divided equally among my children or their descendants.
