Purpose of the Agreement:

This agreement sets forth the understanding between the founders regarding the formation, operation, and ownership of the startup company, including roles, responsibilities, and equity distribution.

Contributions & Equity Shares:

Each founder agrees to contribute capital, labor, or intellectual property as outlined in Schedule A. Equity ownership shall be divided as follows: Alice Johnson – 60%; Bob Lee – 40%.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Founders agree to undertake specific roles within the company, with responsibilities detailed in Appendix B. The founders will collaborate in decision-making and strategic planning.

Exit and Dissolution:
