Description of Goods/Services:

The supplier agrees to provide retail products including electronics and accessories as specified in Schedule A. The retailer agrees to purchase and resell these items in accordance with this agreement and applicable laws.

Terms and Payment:

The term shall commence on __________________ and continue until __________________. The retailer shall pay the supplier a total amount of $________, payable in installments or as otherwise specified in Schedule B. Payments are due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Delivery and Inspection:
