Purpose of the LLC:

The purpose of this limited liability company is to engage in any lawful business activity in the State of Arizona as determined by the Members.

Management Structure:

The LLC shall be managed by its Members. Decisions shall be made by the majority vote of the Members, unless otherwise specified in this agreement.

Capital Contributions:

Members shall contribute capital as agreed upon, with each Member’s contribution recorded in Exhibit A attached hereto.
