Purpose of Disclosure:

The Disclosing Party intends to share confidential information with the Receiving Party for the purpose of potential collaboration and business development.

Confidential Information:

“Confidential Information” refers to any data or information that is proprietary or confidential, whether written, oral, or in other tangible forms, provided by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party.

Obligations of the Receiving Party:
