Program Description:

The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products and services through various channels as outlined in this agreement. The Company agrees to provide promotional materials and support to facilitate the Affiliate’s efforts.

Commission and Payment Terms:

The Affiliate shall earn a commission of 10% on all sales generated through their referral links. Payments will be made monthly, within 15 days after the end of each calendar month, via PayPal or other agreed method.

Affiliate Obligations:

The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products ethically, avoid misleading claims, and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. The Affiliate shall not engage in spamming, and shall use only approved marketing materials provided by the Company.

Term and Termination:

This agreement shall commence on __________________ and continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of breach or misconduct.

Confidentiality & Miscellaneous:

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Any amendments or modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
