Formation and Purpose:
This Operating Agreement pertains to Florida Multi-Member LLC (“the Company”), formed for the purpose of engaging in any lawful business activity authorized under Florida law.
Management and Voting:
Members shall manage the Company directly or appoint Managers. Decisions shall be made by a majority vote unless otherwise specified herein.
Capital Contributions:
