Purpose of the Bylaws:

These bylaws establish the rules and procedures governing the management and operation of Sunshine Innovations LLC in accordance with Florida law.

Definitions:

For purposes of these bylaws, “the Company” refers to Sunshine Innovations LLC, and “Members” refers to the shareholders or owners of the company.

Meetings of Members:
